These Terms of Service govern use of https://chakchakco.com and purchases from Chak Chak Co. By accessing the website or submitting an order, you agree to these terms and the policies incorporated into them, including our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the website. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived remain in effect.

Store services and fulfillment

Chak Chak Co. is the seller for orders placed on this website. We use third-party providers, including Shopify for ecommerce services and Printful for on-demand manufacturing and fulfillment. These providers help deliver the service but are not the seller to you unless a separate checkout expressly states otherwise.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract in your jurisdiction or use the website with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for protecting account credentials.

Products and on-demand production

We try to display product descriptions, images, colors, sizes, prices, and availability accurately. Screen settings, materials, garment batches, and printing processes can produce reasonable variation. Mockups are illustrative, and minor differences that do not make a product defective may occur.

Most products are made after an order is placed. Review all product details and size information before checkout.

We may correct an obvious error, update information, discontinue a product, or limit quantities. If a material error affects an order already placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate option, including cancellation and refund where required.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean we accepted the order. We may reject or cancel an order for a lawful reason, including product unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, an invalid address, a material listing error, or a violation of these terms. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the canceled amount.

Prices, payments, taxes, and customs

Prices are shown in the currency indicated by the store and may change before an order is submitted. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout when available. You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

For international delivery, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges may be the recipient’s responsibility as explained in the Shipping Policy.

Cancellations, shipping, and returns

Our Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy are incorporated into these terms. Because products are made on demand, cancellation and non-defective returns may be limited where the law permits.

Promotions and gift cards

Promotions may have additional conditions, dates, exclusions, or limits. Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated. Gift cards and discount codes have no cash value except where required by law.

Intellectual property

The website and its designs, artwork, graphics, logos, photographs, text, layout, and other content are owned by or licensed to Chak Chak Co. and are protected by intellectual-property law. Except for personal, noncommercial use of the website, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, create derivative works from, scrape, or exploit our content without prior written permission.

Customer-submitted content

If you submit text, images, personalization instructions, reviews, or other content, you represent that you have the necessary rights and that it does not violate law or another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights. You grant us and our providers a limited license to use submitted content as necessary to process the order, provide the requested service, display a review you chose to publish, maintain security, and comply with law.

We may reject content or cancel an order that reasonably appears unlawful, infringing, hateful, threatening, deceptive, or incompatible with our providers’ acceptable-content rules.

Prohibited use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or security, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, use automated systems to extract content without permission, commit fraud, impersonate another person, violate law, or infringe another person’s rights.
